- 8 ounces Filtered water (room temperature or warm)
- 1 teaspoon Raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 slice Fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour water – Pour 8 ounces of filtered water into a glass.
- Step 2: Add vinegar – Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the water to ensure proper dilution.
- Step 3: Sweeten and flavor – Stir in the honey and lemon juice until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Step 4: Add spice – Add a pinch of cinnamon and the optional ginger slice for extra flavor and nutrients.
- Step 5: Stir – Stir the mixture thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Step 6: Drink with care – Drink the tonic, preferably using a straw to protect your tooth enamel from acidity.
- Step 7: Rinse – Rinse your mouth with plain water after finishing the drink.
Notes
Never drink apple cider vinegar straight, as the high acidity can damage the esophagus and tooth enamel. Always maintain at least an 8:1 ratio of water to vinegar.
