- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Step 1: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter with olive oil.
- Step 2: Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 3: Add Argentine red shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly curled.
- Step 4: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
- Step 5: Serve immediately with crusty bread, pasta, or rice.
Notes
For best results, use wild-caught Argentine red shrimp for their sweet, lobster-like flavor.
