Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Step 2: Mash Bananas – Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients – Stir in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Step 4: Combine Dry and Wet – Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then fold into wet ingredients.
- Step 5: Add Mix-ins – Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired and spread batter into prepared pan.
- Step 6: Bake – Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Step 7: Cool and Serve – Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can add walnuts or dark chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
