- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Step 2: Mash Bananas – Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients – Add eggs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Step 4: Mix Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 5: Combine Mixtures – Combine dry and wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Step 6: Bake – Bake for 45–55 mins. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best flavor. Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
