- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1.5 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–55 mins. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best flavor. Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
