- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare liquids – Add milk, butter, sugar, and salt into the bread machine pan.
- Step 2: Add dry ingredients – Add bread flour, then make a small well and add yeast.
- Step 3: Start cycle – Select sweet bread or basic cycle and press start.
- Step 4: Add-ins – When the machine beeps for add-ins, add raisins and cinnamon.
- Step 5: Finish and cool – Bake until golden brown and allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh cinnamon and plump raisins for best results. Let the bread cool completely before slicing to avoid crumbling.
