Budín de Naranja con Chips de Chocolate

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Beat eggs and sugar – In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Step 3: Add oil and orange – Add oil, orange juice, and orange zest to the egg mixture. Mix well to combine.
  4. Step 4: Mix in dry ingredients – Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold them into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Add chocolate chips – Toss chocolate chips with a little flour to prevent sinking and fold into the batter.
  6. Step 6: Bake – Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Cool and slice – Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Puedes sustituir el jugo de naranja fresco por uno envasado, pero el sabor será más intenso con jugo natural.
