Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add oil, orange juice, and zest. Mix well.
- Fold in flour and baking powder gently.
- Toss chocolate chips with flour and add to batter.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 45–55 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
Puedes sustituir el jugo de naranja fresco por uno envasado, pero el sabor será más intenso con jugo natural.
