- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup oil or applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: nuts, streusel topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chopped apples.
- Pour Batter: Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for best flavor. Streusel topping adds a delicious crunch.
