Instructions

- Step 5: Deglaze the pan by pouring in the chicken stock and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Step 6: Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Step 7: Add the grated parmesan cheese and stir continuously until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Step 8: Toss in the fresh baby spinach and stir until it is just wilted.
- Step 9: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over the top.
- Step 10: Simmer for another 2 minutes to heat through and serve immediately.
