- 1 box (0.3 oz) Sugar-Free Strawberry Gelatin mix
- 1 packet (0.25 oz) Unflavored Gelatin powder
- 1 packet (0.1 oz) Sugar-Free Pink Lemonade drink mix
- 2 cups Boiling water
- 1 cup Cold water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Boil Water – Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil using a kettle or saucepan.
- Step 2: Combine Powders – In a large heat-proof mixing bowl, whisk together the strawberry gelatin, unflavored gelatin, and pink lemonade mix.
- Step 3: Dissolve Gelatin – Pour the boiling water over the powder mixture and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Step 4: Add Cold Water – Stir in 1 cup of cold water to the mixture to begin the cooling process.
- Step 5: Prepare Molds – Pour the liquid into individual ramekins or a large glass shallow dish for easy portioning.
- Step 6: Refrigerate Jello – Place the containers in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is firm.
- Step 7: Serve Portion – Slice into cubes or serve chilled directly from the mold as a hunger-blocking snack.
Notes
Using unflavored gelatin adds extra collagen protein which helps with satiety and joint health. Ensure all crystals are dissolved to avoid a grainy texture.
