- 1 box (0.6 oz / 17g) sugar-free gelatin (berry or cherry flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1–2 scoops (approx. 20-40g) unflavored protein powder (bariatric friendly)
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Gelatin – In a medium bowl, dissolve the sugar-free gelatin powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir constantly for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Step 2: Add Cold Water & Protein – Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Gradually whisk in the unflavored protein powder until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
- Step 3: Chill – Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or a large mold. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until firmly set.
- Step 4: Serve – Enjoy your refreshing bariatric jello pudding!
