- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen shrimp directly into the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve hot over pasta or with crusty bread.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality frozen shrimp and fresh lemon juice. Can be served gluten-free without pasta or with gluten-free pasta.
