Instructions

  2. Step 2: Heat Juice – Pour 1 cup of the fruit juice into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it reach a boil.
  3. Step 3: Dissolve Gelatin – Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot juice and whisk vigorously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and no clumps remain.
  4. Step 4: Mix Remaining Ingredients – Remove from heat and stir in the remaining cold juice and optional natural sweetener.
  5. Step 5: Prepare Molds – Pour the liquid mixture into a glass baking dish or individual silicone molds.
  6. Step 6: Set Jello – Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until the gelatin is completely firm and set.
