- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Step 2: Mix cream cheese, parmesan, broth, garlic, and seasoning. Pour over chicken.
- Step 3: Top with sun-dried tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours.
- Step 4: Stir sauce before serving to coat chicken evenly.
Notes
For best results, use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for added flavor.
