- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Sear the chicken – Season chicken thighs and sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Step 2: Make the sauce – In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, then add chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Step 3: Cook the orzo – Stir in orzo and simmer until tender. Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine after searing the chicken.
