Instructions

  1. Boil Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Dredge chicken breasts in flour, season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir and simmer.
  4. Combine: Return seared chicken to the pan and let simmer. Add pasta and toss everything together until well coated.
