- 1 teaspoon moringa powder or 1 handful fresh moringa leaves
- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: lemon, honey, ginger
Instructions
- Boil Water: Boil 1 cup of water until hot but not bubbling.
- Add Moringa: Add 1 teaspoon of moringa powder or fresh moringa leaves.
- Steep or Stir: Steep for 5–7 minutes if using leaves, stir if using powder.
- Serve: Strain (if using leaves), then serve hot or chilled with lemon or honey.
Notes
You can sweeten with honey or add ginger for extra flavor. Use fresh or dried moringa leaves as desired.
