- 8 cups cubed bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: Cube and Prep – Cube the bread and place it into a greased baking dish. Add berries.
- Step 2: Make Custard – Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pour over bread.
- Step 3: Chill Overnight – Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 4: Bake – Bake at 350°F until golden and set.
Notes
You can substitute any type of berries or use frozen berries. Best enjoyed with maple syrup.
