  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop whey protein (or plant-based)
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat – Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Step 2: Blend – Blend all ingredients into a smooth batter.
  3. Step 3: Pour – Pour into greased pan.
  4. Step 4: Bake – Bake for 20–25 mins.
  5. Step 5: Cool – Cool completely before slicing.
