Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp jerk seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 chicken breasts or shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook pasta until al dente, reserve pasta water.
  2. Step 2: Season and cook chicken/shrimp (if using), set aside.
  3. Step 3: Sauté peppers, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
  4. Step 4: Add jerk seasoning, cream, and parmesan. Simmer.
  5. Step 5: Toss pasta in sauce, add reserved pasta water.
  6. Step 6: Mix in protein, garnish with herbs, and serve.

Notes

  • Substitute coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust jerk seasoning for spice preference.
