- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the shrimp – Rinse and pat dry the rock shrimp.
- Step 2: Sauté garlic – In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Step 3: Cook the shrimp – Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until opaque and slightly golden.
Notes
Serve immediately with lemon wedges or over pasta for a full meal.
