- 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled, deveined, finely chopped)
- 2 scallions (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 20 wonton wrappers
Instructions
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (except wrappers) into a sticky filling.
- Place 1 tsp filling in each wrapper, pinch sides, leave top open.
- Steam over boiling water for 8–10 mins.
Notes
Garnish with green peas, diced carrot, or roe for a traditional look. Serve with dipping sauce: soy sauce + rice vinegar + ginger.
