Instructions
- Prepare the slaw: Combine the shredded cabbage, lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a medium bowl.
- Season the shrimp: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and salt until evenly coated.
- Sear the shrimp: Cook the shrimp in a hot skillet for 2 minutes per side until opaque.
- Warm the tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: Fill each tortilla with the spicy shrimp and top generously with the cabbage slaw.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning or top with sliced jalapeños.
