- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2–4 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Mix Ingredients – In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Step 3: Spread Batter – Spread batter evenly in the dish.
- Step 4: Bake – Bake for 22–25 minutes or until set.
- Step 5: Cool & Slice – Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the maple syrup depending on how sweet your sweet potatoes are. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
