  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing dish

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
  2. Heat cream and milk, melt white chocolate in it
  3. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt
  4. Combine all, pour over bread cubes
  5. Soak 20 minutes or refrigerate overnight
  6. Bake uncovered 40–45 minutes until golden
