- 6 cups cubed brioche or challah
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing dish
Instructions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
- Heat cream and milk, melt white chocolate in it
- Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt
- Combine all, pour over bread cubes
- Soak 20 minutes or refrigerate overnight
- Bake uncovered 40–45 minutes until golden
Notes
Best served warm with a drizzle of cream or white chocolate sauce on top.
