Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Marinade – Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, and oregano in a bowl.
- Step 2: Marinate Steak – Place steak in a resealable bag with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
- Step 3: Preheat Grill – Bring grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the cooking grates.
