- 1/4 cup unsweetened fruit juice (optional)
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
Instructions

- Step 2: Measure Seeds – Place 1.5 tablespoons of dry chia seeds into the bottom of your container.
- Step 3: Add Water – Pour 2 cups of filtered water over the seeds at room temperature for faster absorption.
- Step 4: Initial Stir – Stir the mixture vigorously with a spoon for 30 seconds to prevent the seeds from clumping.
- Step 5: Allow Gelation – Let the mixture sit undisturbed for 20 minutes until the seeds develop a thick gel-like coating.
- Step 6: Incorporate Flavors – Stir in the fresh lemon juice, honey, and optional fruit juice until well combined.
- Step 7: Garnish Drink – Add the fresh mint leaves, cucumber slices, and a pinch of salt for added electrolytes.

Notes
Shake the bottle occasionally if the seeds settle at the bottom. You can prepare this the night before for a thicker consistency.
