Instructions

- Step 4: Initial Rest – Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 5: Second Stir – Stir the water once more to break up any remaining clusters of seeds.
- Step 6: Final Soaking – Allow the drink to sit for 15 to 20 minutes until the seeds develop a gel-like coating.
- Step 7: Add Flavor – Stir in the lemon juice and optional sweetener if desired.
- Step 8: Serve – Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator for a chilled treat.
