  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional, for texture)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Blend Base – In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Step 2: Process Until Smooth – Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Step 3: Add Mix – ins (Optional) – If using, stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips by hand.
  4. Step 4: Chill – Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
