- 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional, for texture)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Blend Base – In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Step 2: Process Until Smooth – Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Step 3: Add Mix – ins (Optional) – If using, stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips by hand.
- Step 4: Chill – Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, you can add a bit more almond butter or oats. If you don’t have a food processor, you can try blending very thoroughly with an immersion blender, or mashing well by hand.
