Instructions

  2. Step 2: Boil Water – Bring the remaining 1.5 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
  3. Step 3: Dissolve Mixture – Pour the boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and stir continuously until the powder is fully dissolved.
  4. Step 4: Incorporate Flavors – Add the lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey to the liquid, stirring well to combine.
  5. Step 5: Boost Protein – Slowly whisk in the collagen peptides until the mixture is smooth and free of any lumps.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Set – Pour the mixture into a glass container or silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours until firm.

Notes

For a firmer texture, use slightly less water. This recipe is excellent for soothing the digestive tract.
