Ingredients

  • 1 packet Sugar-free drink mix or 2 tbsp sugar-free flavoring syrup
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Bloom Gelatin – Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water in a mixing bowl and let it sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
  2. Step 2: Dissolve Gelatin – Pour the boiling water into the bowl and stir constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Step 3: Add Flavor – Mix in the sugar-free drink mix or syrup until the color and flavor are uniform.
  4. Step 4: Cool Mixture – Let the liquid cool for about 5-10 minutes so it is warm but not hot to prevent the protein powder from clumping.
  5. Step 5: Add Protein – Slowly whisk in the protein powder until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  6. Step 6: Portion – Pour the mixture into small individual containers or a shallow dish.
  7. Step 7: Set – Refrigerate the gelatin for at least 3 to 4 hours or until it is firm and ready to serve.
