Instructions
- Step 1: Bloom Gelatin – Combine the gelatin powder and cold water in a glass bowl and stir gently.

- Step 3: Boil Liquid – Bring 1 1/2 cups of water or tea to a rolling boil.
- Step 4: Dissolve Gelatin – Pour the boiling liquid over the bloomed gelatin mixture.
- Step 5: Whisk Thoroughly – Stir continuously for 2 minutes until all granules are fully dissolved.
- Step 6: Add Flavor – Whisk in the honey and lemon juice until well combined.
- Step 7: Cool and Set – Pour the mixture into a shallow glass dish and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Step 8: Portion – Once firm, cut the gelatin into square pieces for serving.
