Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup Raw Manuka honey (UMF 15+)
- 1/4 cup Chestnut honey
- 1/4 cup Buckwheat honey
- 1/4 cup Clover or Wildflower honey
Instructions
- Step 1: Gather Ingredients – Source high-quality, raw, monofloral honeys to ensure maximum bioactive concentration.
- Step 2: Prepare Vessel – Select a clean, dry glass mason jar for mixing and long-term storage.
- Step 3: Combine Honeys – Pour each variety of honey into the glass jar one by one.
- Step 4: Stir Gently – Use a wooden or silicone spoon to slowly fold the honeys together until the color and texture are uniform.
- Step 5: Seal Jar – Close the lid tightly to prevent fermentation or moisture absorption.
- Step 6: Proper Storage – Place the jar in a cool, dark pantry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Step 7: Daily Consumption – Consume one teaspoon daily, either directly or stirred into lukewarm tea.
Notes
Avoid using metal spoons as they can potentially react with the bioactive compounds in high-grade honey. Never heat the blend above 104°F (40°C) to protect medicinal enzymes.
