  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Step 2: Brown Meat Cook the lean ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned, then drain fat.
  3. Step 3: Simmer Sauce Stir the marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper into the meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Prepare Ricotta In a small bowl, whisk the ricotta cheese with one egg until smooth and well combined.
  5. Step 5: Base Layer Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Step 6: Layer Wraps Place a layer of egg white wraps over the sauce, trimming them if necessary to fit the edges.
  7. Step 7: Add Fillings Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the wraps, followed by a layer of fresh spinach.
  8. Step 8: Repeat Assembly Add another layer of meat sauce, wraps, the remaining ricotta, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  9. Step 9: Final Layer Top with a final layer of wraps, the remaining sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  10. Step 10: Bake Dish Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
  11. Step 11: Rest Lasagna Let the lasagna stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing to ensure the protein layers set properly.

Notes
