Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine Ingredients – Whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener in a medium glass jar.
  2. Step 2: Initial Stir – Mix vigorously for 60 seconds to ensure the seeds are fully submerged and not clumping.
  3. Step 3: Brief Rest – Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow initial hydration.
  4. Step 4: Secondary Stir – Stir the mixture once more to break up any settling seeds at the bottom of the jar.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate – Cover the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
