Instructions

- Step 3: Dissolve Gelatin – Pour the hot liquid over the bloomed gelatin and whisk continuously until the mixture is clear and fully dissolved.
- Step 4: Season Mixture – Stir in the lemon or lime juice along with your preferred natural sweetener until well combined.
- Step 5: Refrigerate – Pour the liquid into a glass container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm.
