Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse Tea – Place green tea leaves in a teapot, add 1/2 cup boiling water, swirl, and pour out the water to clean the leaves.
- Step 2: Steep Base – Pour the remaining boiling water over the tea leaves and allow them to steep for 3 minutes.
- Step 3: Add Mint – Submerge the fresh mint leaves into the teapot, pressing them down to release essential oils.
- Step 4: Sweeten Lightly – Add your choice of natural sweetener if desired and stir gently.
- Step 5: Aerate Tea – Pour the tea into a glass from a height and pour it back into the pot; repeat 3 times to create a frothy top.
- Step 6: Final Serve – Pour into small glasses from high above to maintain the foam and serve immediately.
