Instructions
- Step 1: Combine Base – Place the raw honey in a small glass jar.
- Step 2: Incorporate Spices – Add the ground cinnamon and ginger to the honey.
- Step 3: Add Vinegar – Stir in the apple cider vinegar until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Step 4: Seal Container – Close the jar tightly and store in a cool, dark cupboard.
- Step 5: Prepare Drink – Mix one tablespoon of the blend into a cup of warm water.
- Step 6: Consume Daily – Drink the tonic once per day, preferably before breakfast.
Notes
Always use Ceylon cinnamon as it contains lower levels of coumarin compared to Cassia. Raw honey is essential for the active enzymes.
