Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Bread – Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch shell.
  2. Step 2: Prepare Produce – Wash and chop the romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Step 3: Add Base – Spread a thick layer of hummus inside the bottom and lower sides of the bread bowl.
  4. Step 4: Mix Salad – In a large mixing bowl, toss the romaine and vegetables with the Greek vinaigrette until coated.
  5. Step 5: Fill Bowl – Transfer the dressed salad mixture into the hollowed bread bowl, pressing down gently.
