- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 0.5–1 oz (1–2 tbsp) simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- Club soda or sparkling water (to top)
- Pineapple wedge or mint sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1: Muddle Fruit & Mint – In a tall glass, gently muddle the pineapple chunks and mint leaves together to release their flavors.
- Step 2: Add Liquid Base – Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and add your desired amount of simple syrup into the glass.
- Step 3: Fill with Ice – Fill the glass generously with crushed ice, almost to the brim.
- Step 4: Top with Soda – Top the mixture with club soda or sparkling water to fill the glass.
- Step 5: Garnish & Serve – Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust simple syrup to your preferred sweetness level. For an extra tropical kick, use pineapple soda instead of club soda.
