Instructions

- Step 3: Add Flavor – Mix in the stevia, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Step 4: Set the Mold – Pour the liquid mixture into a shallow glass baking dish or silicone cube mold.
- Step 5: Chill – Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or until it reaches a completely firm texture.
- Step 6: Slice Cubes – Use a sharp knife to cut the set gelatin into 1-inch cubes for easy snacking.
- Step 7: Store – Place the cubes in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
